Membership Gettysburg Archery Club Meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm, and Board Meetings are held directly after Club Meetings on even months.
The Gettysburg Archery Club has one of the few Family Memberships in existence for archery. “Family” refers to the members of an immediate family to consist of the Card Carrying Member, Spouse, and/or any children who have not attained their 18th birthday.
Our Membership Fees are some of the lowest archery memberships in the area. A member is any person in good standing and of at least the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member.
Members may invite an unlimited number of guests for up to 2 visits per fiscal year. There after, the guest must obtain a membership.A shooter attending any type of organized shooting event is not considered to be a guest, and therefore this visit will not be counted against the two (2) visits per year.
New Members or their Sponsor must be present at the a club meeting for the acceptance of membership into the club. Once the Application is completed and payment of Membership dues and Fees is made, a Vote will be brought to the Club Members to accept the new member. The Board of Directors may suspend or expel any member according to the provisions set forth in the By-Laws of The Gettysburg Archers.
Gettysburg Archery Club’s Membership follows a Calendar Year as their fiscal year, beginning every January 1st of each year.
Gettysburg Archery Club Family Membership is as follows:
- New Members are $75 per year ($50 Membership & $25 Non-Refundable Initiation Fee).
- Membership Renewal is $50 per year and are due no later than December 31st
- Renewal Late Fee $75 due by January 31st or Must pay $75 to renew as new Member after January 31st
****Lifetime memberships can be attained with the following. Any member in good standing with the club who pays their yearly dues for ten consecutive years may be eligible for attaining a lifetime membership for ten times the current years dues.
Members needing to renew their yearly membership may download and print out or complete online a Membership Renewal Form. Renewals can be paid to Gettysburg Archery Club and be placed in the club safe or mailed to Chris Cool, Financial Secretary.
Lifetime members are also asked to please update their personal information on a yearly basis or when any changes are made to their personal information.
Shooters wishing to obtain a New Membership may print out an application below, pick up one at the club or obtain one from a member. However, as stated above all New Members seeking membership must be present, have their sponsor present or have an Officer present your application at a monthly Club Meeting for a vote.
PAYMENTS
Print and complete the New Member Application, you or your sponsor must be present at a monthly meeting or hand it to an Officer to be presented and voted upon for acceptance. You may also try our new digital Membership Application.

Memberships are contingent on check clearing.
A $15 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks.
If paying with cash, please be sure to attain a receipt.
